We stayed at this property and were pleasantly surprised by the great location and cleanliness. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed and there was plenty of ski storage for our family of four. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having a balcony. It was a bonus to have an iron, hairdryer, and coffee machine with coffee provided. The host, Matt, was very accommodating and answered all our questions before and during our trip. The property is serviced by Balkan PMS, who also offer airport transfers, making it convenient to collect our keys on the way to the property. this accommodation exceeded our expectations for the cost.

The cleaning lady sometimes forgot to collect the garbage from the apartment everyday.

Hot water issue one morning.

The apartment's location was fantastic - just a short 200-meter walk to the ski lift. The host was also very responsive and provided quick assistance when the gas heater suddenly stopped working. The apartment itself was spacious, with a comfortable sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen.

One drawback was the lack of a ski locker room, which made it difficult for ski boots to dry quickly. the radiators could have been hotter to help dry clothes faster.
